Terms of service

By purchasing and/or using any of our products, including but not limited to vinyl graphics, decals, stickers, magnetic vehicle signs, and other signage products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Product Suitability
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the intended application surface is suitable before installation. Our products are designed for application to clean, smooth, properly prepared surfaces.

Customers should ensure that:

- Vehicle paint is fully cured, sound, and securely bonded.
- The surface is free from wax, polish, grease, dirt, moisture, road contaminants, and other residues.
- The surface is not cracked, chipped, oxidised, peeling, poorly repaired, or otherwise compromised
- Magnetic signs are only applied to clean, dry, smooth, flat steel body panels.

We accept no responsibility for damage resulting from application to unsuitable surfaces.

2. Installation
Unless otherwise agreed, all products are supplied for self-installation. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed correctly and in accordance with
our installation instructions.

Improper installation, including but not limited to:
- stretching,
- tearing,
- folding,
- creasing,
- contamination,
- incorrect alignment,
- incorrect positioning,
- application in unsuitable weather conditions,

may affect the appearance and performance of the product and is not covered by warranty.Installation guidance provided by us is offered in good faith and is intended as general guidance only.

3. Magnetic Vehicle Sign Care
Magnetic vehicle signs are designed as a temporary advertising solution and require routine maintenance. To minimise the risk of damage to vehicle paintwork and ensure continued performance, customers must:

-  Apply magnets only to clean, dry, smooth, flat steel body panels.
-  Ensure both the magnet and vehicle surface are completely clean and dry before each application.
- Remove the magnets at least once every seven (7) days.
- During periods of high temperatures, prolonged direct sunlight, high humidity, or frequent vehicle use, remove, inspect, clean, and dry the magnets more frequently.
- Wash both the magnet and vehicle surface using mild soapy water before reapplying.
- Remove any trapped dirt, grit, moisture, tree sap, road salt, or other contaminants before reinstalling.
- Ensure the magnet sits completely flat with no raised edges or air pockets.
- Avoid placing magnets over body lines, trim, mouldings, curves, or raised surfaces.
- Do not bend, fold, crease, or sharply distort the magnets.
- Store magnets rolled loosely with the printed side facing outward or laid flat in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat.

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in paint marking, staining, trapped moisture, reduced magnetic performance, or the magnet becoming difficult to remove.


4. Vinyl Product Care
Vinyl graphics should:
- Be stored flat before installation.
- Be installed within 30 days of receipt where practical.
- Be applied only under suitable environmental conditions.
- Not be installed on excessively hot, cold, damp, or contaminated surfaces.
Customers should follow all supplied fitting instructions to achieve the best possible result.

5. Surface Damage Disclaimer
Vehicle finishes vary considerably depending on age, condition, previous repairs, environmental exposure, and maintenance history.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the removal or use of vinyl graphics or magnetic signs will not affect every vehicle finish.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:
- paint lifting,
- clear coat failure,
- staining,
- discolouration,
- scratches,
- adhesive residue,
- corrosion,
- trapped moisture,
- magnet adhesion issues,
- damage to resprayed or poorly bonded paint,
- damage resulting from existing defects or deterioration of the vehicle surface.

Customers accept responsibility for assessing the suitability of their vehicle prior to installation.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our products are manufactured for their intended purpose and are designed to perform when installed, maintained, and used in accordance with our instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from:
- failure to follow our installation or care instructions;
- leaving magnetic signs installed without regular removal, inspection, cleaning, and
drying;
- prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, moisture, environmental contaminants, or extreme weather conditions;
- incorrect installation or removal;
- application to unsuitable, damaged, uncured, repainted, wrapped, textured, matte, or
otherwise incompatible surfaces;
- misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Where a customer fails to comply with the installation or maintenance instructions supplied with the product, any resulting damage shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to follow the prescribed care instructions may invalidate any applicable warranty or claim.

7. Shipping Damage
Any damage sustained during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include:
- clear photographs of the product,
- photographs of the packaging,
- the order number.
Claims submitted outside this period may be refused.

8. Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements will only be provided where a manufacturing fault or production error has been confirmed.

Examples include:
- incorrect artwork,
- defective printing,
- manufacturing defects,
- faulty magnetic material,
- defective vinyl.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for issues arising from:
- incorrect installation,
- customer handling,
- unsuitable application surfaces,
- failure to follow fitting or maintenance instructions,
- environmental conditions,
- normal wear and tear.

Vinyl Installation Guarantee
If a vinyl graphic is accidentally damaged during installation due to a genuine fitting mistake, we will replace the affected section free of charge (excluding postage), provided:
- photographic evidence is supplied; and
- the customer can demonstrate that our fitting instructions were followed.

Replacement under this guarantee is offered at our discretion.


9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, layouts, proofs, concepts, designs, and visual materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final approved design solely for its intended purpose.

We reserve the right to display completed designs, mock-ups, signage, vehicle graphics, and finished installations in our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials. Where products are installed on customer vehicles or premises, photographs of the completed installation may be used for marketing purposes.

We will not disclose personal information alongside displayed work except where required by law or with the customer's consent.
