Refund and exchange policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. This is because they are custom made to order. However, please get it touch if you have questions or concerns about your order.

As all of our magnets are made to order and personalised, they are exempt from the standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
However, we understand plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that design or production work has not yet started.
After this point, cancellations may not be possible.

Damages and issues

If you think there is something wrong with the product you received, please contact contact@signsDIY.co.uk. Under your statutory rights, the products delivered to you must be as described and pictured in the design proof, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

SignsDIY provides a warranty that on delivery: (a) the SignsDIY products shall: (i) conform in all material respects with the design; (ii) be free from material defects in design, material and workmanship; (iii) be of satisfactory quality; and (iv) be fit for any purpose held out by SignsDIY.

You may reject or request to change the SignsDIY Products delivered to you that do not comply with the warranty provided that: (a) you notify SignsDIY: (i) in the case of an issue/defect that is apparent on normal visual inspection, within 5 Business Days of delivery; (ii) in the case of a latent defect/issue, within a reasonable time of the latent defect/issue becoming apparent; (b) you cooperate with SignsDIY and provide all information and evidence of the issues/defect(s) as SignsDIY reasonably requires (including photographs and/or videos of the issue/defect(s)); and (c) you (if asked to do so by SignsDIY) return the SignsDIY Products to SignsDIY.

If you fail to give notice of rejection, you will be deemed to have accepted the SignsDIY Products as they are.

If you reject SignsDIY Products under the above clause, SignsDIY, at its option, modify, repair or replace the SignsDIY Products, or refund the price of the defective SignsDIY products in full.

 

Descriptions and images of SignsDIY products

The SignsDIY products you order will be materially as described and pictured in your Design. Please keep in mind that different monitors and screens display colours differently and SignsDIY cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the SignsDIY products. The colour of your SignsDIY products may vary slightly from those images.

Final dimensions and layout of print products indicated on the site or in a design may vary by small amounts, and so your SignsDIY Products may differ slightly from those images.
